Olde Forge AGM (Zoom)

The Annual General Meeting  (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 2:00pm via ZOOM.

The AGM will include motions to transition the Olde Forge By-laws into compliance with the Ontario Not-For-Profit Corporation Act.

The following decisions will be voted on by way of motions:

  • A motion to grant the Board authority to determine the number of directors (in compliance with its incorporating documents).
  • A motion to remove section 11 of the by-laws which sets out the procedure for its by-laws.
