Olde Forge provides a wide range of community support services for seniors in Ottawa. The services include Footcare, Day and Luncheon Programs, Home Help and Home Maintenance and Home Visits.
Please Note: To help support the city of Ottawa's physical distancing restrictions, the Olde Forge has modified and enhanced some of it's programs and services at this time.
The Olde Forge Programs provides barrier-free, low cost recreational and physical fitness activities, social and educational programming to local seniors 60+ and adults with disabilities who want to maintain their independence in the community by keeping socially connected and/or keeping physically active.
There are a wide range of activities offered during the week at a variety of locations.

Living Healthy Champlain provides a centralized program in the region to improve coordination of and access to self-management supports, programs and resources for people with chronic conditions, and training for healthcare professionals supporting patients living with chronic conditions.
The Western Ottawa Community Resource Centre offer general caregiver support groups and support groups specifically for caregivers of individuals experiencing dementia-related disorders.
